Board Moves April 20, 2023

European Metals Holdings has appointed Shannon Robinson as company secretary, replacing David Koch who has held the role since April 2022. Ms Robinson is an experienced corporate specialist with expertise in providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and listings of companies on the ASX and AIM stock exchanges.

Focus Minerals has appointed ZhongShan Song as non-executive director. Mr Song is a CPA based in China, and has more than 10 years of experience within the mining industry.

Peter Kennan has resigned as non-executive director of MMA Offshore. Mr Kennan is the founder and chief investment officer of Black Crane Asia Pacific Opportunities Fund, which has divested its remaining position in MMA.
