Don Carroll has resigned from the board of Kogi Iron. Mr Carroll has been a non-executive director since 2010, and was an integral part in the transformation of the Agbaja Cast Steel Project from its initial exploration phase through to it becoming an emerging steel billet producer.
Michael McAnearney has joined the board of Liquefied Natural Gas as non-executive director. Mr McAnearney has over 30 years of experience in advising boards and chief executives for some of the world’s leading resources companies within the oil and gas, mining and minerals as well as industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Otto Energy has advised that Ian Boserio will resign as non-executive chair, with John Jetter taking over the role. The changes come at a time as the company focuses on completing the current capital raising and ensuring it is positioned to ride through market challenges. Mr Boserio has been on the board since 2010 and became chair in 2019. Mr Jetter joined the board in 2007 and was chair from 2015 to 2019.
There have been some staffing changes at Veris with Adam Lamond stepping out of the role of managing director and taking on new responsibilities as executive director, corporate and strategy. Steve Harding has been appointed chief financial officer, taking over from Lisa Wynne who will resume her roles as company secretary and head of commercial function. Mr Harding is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of finance and corporate advisory experience including senior leadership roles at PwC, KPMG, Euroz Securities and Patersons Securities.
