Board Moves April 17, 2023

Botanix Pharmaceuticals has appointed Susan Park as company secretary, following Simon Robertson’s decision to step down and move away from day-to-day secretarial work for public companies. Mr Robertson has been with the company since its ASX listing in 2016. Ms Park is a governance professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate finance industry, and has been a company secretary and non-executive director for ASX, AIM and TSX-listed companies.

Geopacific Resources has made some changes to its board and management structure with Richard Clayton reverting to his role as non-executive director, Mike Brook transitioning from non-executive director to executive director, and current chief financial officer and company secretary Matthew Smith taking over the interim chief executive role from Mr Clayton. The company is in the process of shortlisting and interviewing candidates for a permanent CEO role.

Thomas Hanly has resigned as chief executive and managing director of Singular Health, having held the role since April 2019, and will remain as a consultant on certain strategic matter and R&D activities. Co-founder and non-executive director Denning Chong will become interim chief executive and managing director.
