Our board moves wrap includes Peretz Schapiro, Andrew Shearer, Peter Church, Bruce McFadzean, Bruce Griffin, John Richards, Peter Coleman, and Meg O'Neill.

Okapi Resources has appointed Peretz Schapiro as non-executive director. Mr Schapiro has been a global investor for almost a decade and a professional background in management consulting, marketing & fundraising. Andrew Shearer, executive director since July 2020, will be leaving the company due to increased demands on his time from other board roles he holds. Mr Shearer will remain with the company for another 2 months and assists with the planned drilling program at Enmore Gold Project.

Peter Church will be retiring from the board of OM Holdings at the upcoming AGM on 6 May. Mr Church became an independent non-executive director of the company in December 2011.

Sheffield Resources has made several changes to its leadership structure as its Tier 1 Thunderbird mineral sands project moves into the execution phase. Bruce McFadzean, managing director and chief executive since November 2015, will transition from his executive role to become non-executive director on 1 July. Bruce Griffin, commercial director since June 2020, will become executive chair; and current non-executive chair John Richards will move to a newly created lead independent director role.

Woodside Petroleum has confirmed that Peter Coleman will retire as chief executive on 3 June but steps down from the board on 19 April. Mr Coleman will have been chief executive for ten years. Meg O'Neill, who joined Woodside as chief operations officer in May 2018 and became executive vice president of development and marketing in October 2019, will take over as acting chief executive on 20 April.
