After only a matter of weeks, the local gourmet juggernaut that is the Fresh Provisions group has opened a store in Bicton.
What was once Qcumbers on Canning Highway has been quickly stripped, refurnished and restocked with all of the fresh gourmet products that have been the reason for much of the enterprise’s success in this state.
The Bicton store now joins the Claremont and Mt Lawley locations in the Fresh Provisions chain.

With the success of the BAZAAR 2005 art, food, wine and cultural event still fresh on its tastebuds, Fremantle has just announced that it will play host to an International Beer Festival next year.
Scheduled for March, the event is likely to feature a range of beers from the international conglomerates through to the micro and independent breweries that have sprung up in recent years.
Also hoping to return for next year was BAZAAR, a Fremantle Arts Centre initiative held on the first weekend of December.
Organisers say it combines craft, fashion, glassware, steel works, and local food and wine producers all presenting their wares.
Unlike some community events, prospective stall operators had to pass a stringent ‘quality assurance’ test as to whether their products could be included in the bazaar.
