Ball in bid for superagency

SYDNEY advertising heavyweight Michael Ball has joined forces with former Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett to float a “Superagency”’ in March 2001.

Industry sources claim Mr Ball’s plan is to bring together a number of independent advertising agencies and marketing firms to form what is being called a superagency.

As revealed in last week’s edition of Business News, Mr Ball has approached a number of independent agencies in Perth to form a consortium, however he would not say whether the superagency would include WA agencies.
