The state’s largest residential builder has enlisted local advertising agency Marketforce to deliver the marketing and strategic requirements across its six divisions for 2018.

The value of the contract was undisclosed, with the account previously held by Perth-based independent agency Workhouse Advertising.

BGC Residential executive general manager Michael Bartier said the decision to approach and then sign Marketforce had been based on wanting a streamlined approach to its marketing.

“We look forward to all the benefits of having brand strategy and high-quality creative and in-market digital optimisation managed by Marketforce,” he said.

“Alongside this, their (Marketforce's) ability to implement quick-to-market and cost-effective marketing campaigns, conceived and delivered with speed and efficiency, make them the perfect partner to help us achieve our goals.”

BGC Residential, the home group arm of BGC, has six divisions – WA Housing Centre, Commodore Homes, GO Homes, National Homes, Stratawise and BGC Residential South West.

The two companies will work together to generate and track sales leads across multiple mediums as part of multi-channel initiatives.

Marketforce chief executive Paul Everingham said the team was excited to be working with BGC Residential.

“We excel at holistic advertising and helping clients work toward their business objectives – and we look forward to bringing this to the table for BGC Residential and their unique portfolio of builders,” he said.
