Tellus Holdings has appointed chief operating officer Anna Dartnell as chief executive, succeeding Nate Smith from July 1. Ms Dartnell joined the environmental infrastructure company in April after serving as group executive bulk at Aurizon and brings more than 25 years' experience across resources, transport, manufacturing and critical infrastructure. She also serves as a non-executive director of Horizon Power and the Australian Institute of Management WA.
Supreme Court of Western Australia Justice Stephen Hall has been appointed deputy commissioner of Western Australia's Corruption and Crime Commission, commencing a five-year term on July 1. Justice Hall will retire from the Supreme Court after 17 years on the bench, most recently serving as a Court of Appeal judge. He succeeds the vacancy created by Michael Corboy SC's appointment as commissioner and brings more than four decades of experience as a judge, barrister and prosecutor.
ACCIONA has appointed Sydney Metro chief executive Peter Regan as chief executive of its Australia and New Zealand infrastructure business, effective from September. Mr Regan has led Sydney Metro for the past five years and will succeed Bede Noonan, who is retiring alongside chief operating officer Andre Noonan. His appointment comes as the Spanish infrastructure giant continues to expand its regional operations, which have grown to more than 5,000 employees and annual revenue of about $6 billion.
Impact Minerals has appointed mining executive Jim McKerlie as non-executive chair, succeeding interim chair Paul Ingram. Mr McKerlie has held chair roles with Magnetite Mines and Drillsearch Energy. He helped guide Drillsearch's growth from a junior explorer to an ASX 200 company prior to its merger with Beach Energy. He brings extensive board, governance and capital markets experience.
Former United States Consul General to Western Australia Siriana Nair has joined Murdoch University as strategic futures executive director. Ms Nair, who served in the senior diplomatic role from 2022 to 2025, will focus on strengthening the university's national and international partnerships and advancing growth in strategic industries. She brings more than 20 years of experience with the US Foreign Service across international security, economic innovation, emerging technologies and global engagement.
