As managing director of L7 Solutions Pty Ltd, Matt Sullivan oversees the executive management team of the company and is responsible for the delivery of services.

L7 Solutions is comprised of specialised consultants who provide premium IT professional services and solutions to the Western Australian business community.

The company forms part of the L7 Group, an IT and project management venture created by Mr Sullivan in 2003. L7 Solutions was established in 2004 and has grown to seven full-time and two part-time employees, and has about 100 clients.

Mr Sullivan also performs IT risk, disaster recovery and business continuity consulting for the company. With no formal business training Mr Sullivan overcame numerous challenges, including entering a very crowded market, large well-established competitors, and no credit accounts with key suppliers, to get the business where it is today.

He was responsible for forming a strategic partnership between L7 Solutions and Stott & Hoare Business Computers (a leading IT supplier and service provider to business and government), thereby allowing the company access to an established and strong customer base. Mr Sullivan was also responsible for selecting L7 Solutions’ corporate identity.

He feels strongly that the only way to obtain and maintain absolute confidence with a customer is to go beyond just delivering what was requested, and delivering in such a way that it maintains an ongoing healthy relationship.
