Lois Lange commenced her role at Drake Executive Search & Selection (DESS) in October 2003, returning to Drake for the third time in her career.

Currently she is responsible for senior executive search and selection services, operating as a project manager within a dedicated national search team, aimed at building specialised and strategic client partnerships.

While clients may come from all sectors, specialist areas include academia, mining, civil, banking and funds management, government and professional services.

Ms Lange also has more than 10 years’ experience in consulting and managerial positions in the financial services, managed funds and commodities sector.

During the 1980s she was a certified financial planner and regional manager of South Australia and Western Australia for a national investment house.

Ms Lange’s capabilities within Drake Executive include tailoring psychometric assessments, team analysis and candidate-team-organisation fit. She holds an honours degree in psychology from Edith Cowan University, and is currently completing a masters of organisational psychology at Curtin University.

She is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society for Academic Achievement, and the Australian Psychological Society
