Before joining DoIR, Gary Stokes was State Supply Commission CEO, a position he held for two years.
He has had a varied career in both the public and private sectors, with his more recent experiences including a stint as acting director, economic policy, within the Department of Premier and Cabinet; running three consultancy businesses; establishing a trade and investment program within the Department of Agriculture; and as director, investment attraction, within the former Technology and Industry Development Authority.
