Peter Taliangis works for Westcare Incorporated, a charitable organisation established to enhance the lives of people with disabilities and to assist their integration into the community. Westcare also maintains an interest in the control of tuberculosis.

Westcare Industries consists of five divisions, including printing, box making, industrial packaging, food packaging and safety goods manufacturing and distribution.

Mr Taliangis’s principal focus is to improve Westcare’s strategic marketing and to develop Westcare as one of Western Australia’s major employers of people with disabilities.

Previous appointments include positions at West Coast Eagles, Hamersley Iron, Perth International Arts Festival and Fundraising Management Consultants. Mr Taliangis has completed a bachelor of business in banking and finance, a postgraduate diploma in business marketing (with distinction) and a master of business administration.
