Dr Zhi Ling Zeng has over a decade of experience in the field of intellectual property. Having qualified and worked in Australia as a patent and trade mark attorney, Dr Zeng practised internationally as a patent attorney in the chemical & life sciences teams of leading IP firms in Singapore, China and New Zealand. She is well versed with the complexities of local and international IP practices.
Although specialising in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields, Dr Zeng regularly drafts and prosecutes patent applications pertaining to food, medical, semiconductor and mechanical technologies. She has also advised local and international clients on freedom-to-operate, patent infringement and validity issues relating to pharmaceutical, food, alloy/steel and fabric coating compositions; and has secured design and copyright registrations for small to medium enterprises in countries such as China and New Zealand.
