William Love

Mr Love has served as an Independent Director of EZCORP since October 2008 and has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the EZCORP board of directors since November 2009. He joined the board of Cash Converters International Limited in 2009. From 1972 to 1993, Mr Love worked with the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick and its predecessors, including appointments as Partner in Charge of Audit, Partner in Charge of Tax and Managing Partner of its Austin, Texas office.
