Wayne McGrath has over 33 years of experience in the building industry and has a registered building licence since 1995.
He was the managing director, for 16 years, of the highly successful and leading modular home supplier McGrath Homes. The company was sold to the public-listed Nomad Building Solutions in December 2006 and Mr McGrath was subsequently appointed executive director. He was also chief executive of McGrath Homes and headed that division until he resigned in May 2010. Under his guidance, McGrath Homes was the outstanding performer out of all of the company's business units.
