Board Moves June 9, 2021

Indiana Resources has appointed Trevor Harris as chief financial officer and joint company secretary. Mr Harris is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of financial experience, including 12 years as chief financial officer at companies with market capitalisation of up to $500M. He will lead all financial management and regulatory reporting responsibilities for the company, bringing these activities in-house.

Antony Beckmand has resigned as chief financial officer and joint company secretary of Kalium Lakes due to personal matters requiring him to relocate back to Norway. He will continue to provide support and services remotely during the coming months to ensure an orderly transition.

MGC Pharmaceuticals has appointed David Lim as joint company secretary. Mr Lim is a finance and corporate governance professional with over 15 years of experience working for ASX-listed companies.

Mel Ashton has been appointed non-executive director of Orminex. Mr Ashton has over 40 years of experience in leadership roles within multiple industries including agriculture, banking & finance, mining & exploration. Dean Hely, non-executive director since October 2019, becomes non-executive chair; and Wayne McGrath has resigned as non-executive director.

Westgold Resources has appointed Gary Davison as an independent non-executive director. Mr Davidson is a mining engineer with over 43 years of international mining experience. The company has also advised that Peter Cook will transition from executive chair to non-executive chair before the AGM in November, Wayne Bramwell will transition from non-executive to an executive director role, and investor relations manager Rod Corps will depart the company at the end of July to build a new energy metal company. Mr Bramwell will take over Mr Cook’s executive management responsibilities while he is on extended leave, and is responsible for all market facing and investor relations interfaces.
