Toby Nicholls

Toby Nicholls has substantial experience in real property and commercial law (including acquisitions and sales, commercial and industrial leasing, building contracts, strata titles and subdivisions), environmental and planning law, and general contract law. He also has significant experience in providing advice and drafting documentation for estate and succession planning, as well as practising in estate matters covering probate (both contentious and non-contentious matters) and family provision claims. Mr Nicholls provides legal services to a wide range of national, government and local clients. He was admitted in 2000.
