Susan Fleming
As director of Acting Consulting Training Australia and New Zealand, a theatre-based safety and leadership training company, Susan Fleming draws on over 25 years of international leadership, organisational management, risk assessment and business development experience. Her international film experience includes production in the USA, Israel, and Italy.

Formerly the state director to the economic think-tank and research group CEDA, Ms Fleming was also the Convenor for University of WA Ocean’s Institute Thought Leadership Dialogue Series. She was the senior client director for the Australian Institute of Management for seven years, developing strategies for leadership and the first clients for the AIM in China.

Ms Fleming has been chair of the Constable Care Child Safety Foundation since August 2016. She was chair of Women in Business (AIM) for five years, chair of the Edith Cowan University Childcare Centre, board member of Women in Oil and Gas, and chair of THEATRE 180.

Ms Fleming holds a Bachelor of Education, Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from University of WA Business School, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
