CEDA - the Committee for Economic Development of Australia - is an independent national organisation with an engaged cross-sector membership. Currently, 700 Australian businesses, organisations and academic institutions from around the country work with CEDA. CEDA provides thought leadership and policy perspectives on the economic and social issues affecting Australia. It achieves this through a rigorous and evidence-based research agenda, and forums and events that deliver lively debate and critical perspectives. CEDA is not restricted by vested interests or political persuasion. Its funding comes from membership fees, events, research grants and sponsorship.
