Simon Burley

Simon Burley is a Fleurieu local with a rich background in gin, whisky, wine, and tourism. For over 15 years this career has taken him around the globe, from London to Sydney and Perth, and now back to his beloved Fleurieu (the wine region in South Australia). In December 2018, Mr Burley established Coast & Co with a passion for showcasing the very best of the Fleurieu region and its producers. Coast & Co get behind the scenes, taking guests beyond the tourist trail, from winemakers to farmers, foodies, brewers and baristas.
