Shenny Ye Ruan has over 26 years of experience in various financial management roles within global companies. She has worked in China, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia.
Ms Yuan was chief financial officer and company secretary of Noble Group China, managing director for coverage and head of Rabobank China, head of finance at Cargill’s Starch and Metals business units, and group chief financial officer and director of FKS Food and Indonesian conglomerate Agri where she covered all aspects of financial and treasury operations and led key strategic initiatives including investor sourcing, debt financing, M&As and Risk Management of commodity merchandising business within the group.
Ms Ruan holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Fudan University in China, and a Master of Business Administration from Australian Graduate School of Management. She is a member of FINSIA.
