Samantha South

Dr Samantha South has over 12 years of experience in technology transfer in medtech & biotech sectors at the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, and the University of Western Australia.

Dr South also has a background in medical research at Weill Medical College at Cornell University and was the pre-clinical manager at TetraQ, a preclinical contract organisation specialising in central nervous system animal models.

Dr South became the vice president of non-clinical development and executive director at Argenica Therapeutics in March 2020. Prior to that, she was the senior commercialisation officer of life sciences at the research development & innovation office at the University of WA.
