Board Moves October 27, 2023

Peter Huston will be retiring as non-executive director of Alliance Nickel at the upcoming AGM on 21 November. Mr Huston has been on the board since March 2017.

John Welborn has resigned as non-executive chair of Apollo Minerals, with non-executive director and former chair Ian Middlemas taking over as non-executive chair. Mr Welborn remains as one of the company’s largest shareholder. Mr Welborn will also be stepping down as managing director and chief executive of Equatorial Resources at the end of November but will remain on the board as a non-executive director and as one of the company’s largest shareholders.

Dr Samantha South will be resigning as executive director of Argenica Therapeutics at the upcoming AGM on 30 November, but will remain the vice president of non-clinical development.

Benjamin Jarvis has resigned as non-executive director of QX Resources due to increased commitments from other businesses. He has been on the board since October 2019.
