Roule Jones is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience across financial management, strategic planning, risk management, audit and governance.
Ms Jones joined Bethanie as chief financial officer in 2020, before being appointed interim chief executive in 2023 and, subsequently, chief executive in 2024.
Prior to that, Ms Jones served as financial controller at Orbital Corporation and was appointed chief financial officer and company secretary in August 2017.
she has also held senior financial management roles with Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young in the UK and South Africa.
Ms Jones holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pretoria.
