Rod Fehring has over 35 years of experience in the urban development industry within the private and public sectors, primarily in the property and construction sectors, including 15 years in C-suite roles.
Mr Fehring was chief executive of Frasers Property Australia for over 5 years, having been executive general manager of residential 5.5 years prior. He stepped down as chief executive in October 2020 and became executive chair. Prior to Frasers, Mr Boyd spent 14 years at LendLease and also established an internal venture capital business to invest in developing innovative technologies within LendLease's supply chain in UK, USA & Australia. He also restructured the former Babcock & Brown Communities operation, Australia's largest listed retirement living & aged care business, culminating in it becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of LendLease in 2010.
