Richard Taylor

Richard Taylor was voted one of Australia's Top 10 and recommendated tax advisers for four consecutive years by corporate Australia in the International Tax Review publication. Prior to establishing Taylor Counsel in 2009, he was a M&A Tax partner with Deloitte for 20 years. He co-established their private equity division, worked with the government and helped draft the tax rules applying to the industry.
