Richard England

Richard England is a non-executive director of listed and unlisted companies as well as not-for-profit organisations. He is a non-executive director of HBF, Japara Healthcare, Macquarie Atlas Roads, Nanosonics and QANTM Intellectual Property. Until September 2016, Mr England was a director and chair of Ruralco Holdings. Prior to embarking on his career as a director, Mr England was a Chartered Accountant in public practice. He was a former partner of Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young where he practised principally in the fields of insolvency and reconstruction. Mr England is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
