Paul Gold

Paul Gold has over 25 years of professional finance and governance experience. He has worked in a range of business structures including public-listed, privately-owned, not-for-profit, and commercial joint ventures. He has broad industry experience in manufacturing, entertainment, consumer goods, mining, and logistics.

Mr Gold also has a background in corporate governance including reporting to risk & audit committees, management of internal and external auditor engagements, enterprise risk management, subsidiary company secretarial activities, and listed company reporting.

He is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
