Patricia Akopiantz

Patricia Akopiantz has over 30 years’ experience in consumer-facing businesses in Australia and overseas. She has been a non-executive director for more than 15 years and has served on numerous boards including Coles Group, AXA Asia Pacific and Energy Australia. Ms Akopiantz was with McKinsey & Company where she led the Retail and Consumer Goods Practice and advised a range of clients on strategy. Her executive career included roles as general manager of marketing at David Jones and vice president for an American apparel manufacturer. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ms Akopiantz is the chair of AMP Bank and non-executive director of AMP Limited. She is also a board member of the Belvoir Theatre Company.
