Nicholas Brown has extensive experience in litigious and non-litigious disputes. He has advised and represented clients in the energy and resources industry including oil and gas, nickel, gold, uranium, iron ore and coal in relation to matters specific to the industry as well as general commercial disputes. His work has also covered insolvency, managed investment schemes, private equity funds, leisure and entertainment (including government regulation), property, white collar crime, building and construction. Mr Brown's practice extends to matters in most Australian State and Federal Courts, as well as administrative tribunals. He also has experience in conducting commercial arbitrations and has resolved a number of matters through court-supervised or informal mediations.
