Mervyn Dudley

Mervyn Dudley was appointed HIF's non-executive director in June 2007 and chair from September 2008 to September 2015. He was the managing director of a financial planning and accounting practice. Mr Dudley has extensive experience in the financial services industry spanning over three decades, during which time he held senior management positions in both Australia and New Zealand. He also holds directorships in private companies involved in private investment, property development and childcare facilities. Mr Dudley also served as a member of the finance committee of the board of Newman College and chair of the Australian Association of Financial Planners.
