Len Kosova is a highly skilled town planner, senior executive and local government chief executive who has worked in urban and regional town planning since 1995.
Mr Kosova's local government experience across metropolitan and regional WA included being chief executive at the City of Vincent and as planning director at the City of Wanneroo, City of Gosnells and Shire of Mundaring.
In August 2019, Mr Kosova was appointed by the WA State Government to serve as a commissioner at the City of Perth, a role he held until the new council was elected in October 2020.
He holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning; is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; and a member of the Local Government Professionals Australia and Urban Development Institute of Australia.
