Lee Hatton has over 20 years of international experience in the financial services industry. She has held senior executive roles in marketing, strategy, risk and large-scale customer-facing businesses.

Ms Hatton was the chief executive of UBank (a digital bank in Australia) for five years from 2015 to 2020. She has been recognised by IBM as one of 40 Women Leaders in Artificial Intelligence across the globe for her work in delivering world-first innovations.

Ms Hatton is an alumni of Berkeley Haas School of Business.
