Kathryn Maric advises on all aspects of employment, occupational health and safety, and industrial relations law; and has assisted local, national and global businesses across a wide range of industries including construction, mining, manufacturing, maritime, retail, tourism, disabilities and transport. She is also an experienced litigator in state and federal courts and tribunals.
Ms Maric became the special counsel of Panetta McGrath Lawyers' employment and workplace relations team in April 2021. Prior to that, she worked for global and specialist workplace law firms in Perth and Melbourne, and was the employee relations manager for Coles Group in Melbourne.
