Mallesons (formerly King & Wood Mallesons) is a full-service Australian law firm with over 1,200 lawyers in Australia and Singapore.
Mallesons was founded in Western Australia in 1832, and merged with national firm Stephen Jaques Stone James in 1987 to become Mallesons Stephen Jaques. In 2012, MSJ merged with Chinese firm King & Wood to become King & Wood Mallesons. The two split in 2026, with the Australian and Singaporean firm returning to the Mallesons name.
It has five offices in Australia, one in Singapore and has fostered longstanding relationships with global elite independent firms across key markets.
