Justin Crooks has more than 20 years of experience across a broad range of property development forms including residential, marine, built form, industrial and retail development.
He specialises in the delivery of master planned residential communities, and associated retail, transport, community and educational infrastructure. This includes leading a team of development managers across a portfolio of projects, along with hands-on delivery of complex projects such as marinas and marine related projects.
Mr Crooks also has experience in business development and new project acquisition, feasibility analysis, budgeting, marketing and business planning. He was development director at Frasers Property Australia for three years, after spending four years as project director for Satterley Property Group.
