John Quinlivan has over 30 years of estimating and senior management experience within Australia, with extensive experience working as part of multi-disciplined large project delivery teams with French, Chinese, Korean, British and American engineering partners. He has also worked as part of tender teams in India and Kuala Lumpur, and managed conceptual study estimates through to first principals detailed estimates using computer-aided estimating systems. Mr Quinlivan has written several estimating procedures and mentored young trainee estimators on estimating techniques, methodology and risk profiling. He has also established a large network of contacts within the minerals, industrial, oil and gas industries including suppliers and clients.
