Greg Dick

Greg has over 15 years of corporate advisory experience, including 9 years with Pacific Road Corporate Finance and has been involved with PRCM from its inception. In this period he has worked on mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, capital raisings, project assessment and corporate and financial advice. Prior to Pacific Road Greg spent five years with Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC) in the corporate finance division concentrating on equity valuation, acquisition due diligence and financial advice. Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
