Pacific Energy is one of Australia’s leading producers of sustainable distributed energy, owning and operating 48 power generation sites nationally, with contracted capacity of nearly 700MW.
The group has capabilities to deliver renewable and traditional energy generation infrastructure, including solar, wind, green hydrogen, battery energy storage (BESS), hydro-electric, LNG and diesel.

Pacific Energy Pty Ltd (formerly Contract Power and KPS), an independent power provider servicing mining companies and townships using multiple fuel technologies that integrate gas, diesel, wind, solar and battery storage.
Hybrid Systems Australia, acquired by Pacific in 2020, which provides hybrid and renewable power, including solar, stand-alone power systems, microgrids, BESS, and green hydrogen integration.
ENGV, Australia's a turnkey provider of green hydrogen technologies, systems and refuelling facilities and natural gas, biomethane and LPG services.
Pacific Energy Hydro and Pacific Energy Peaking Power (formerly NovaPower), its Connected Energy division that delivers electricity to the National Electricity Market via two hydro-electric power stations and one gas fired power station.
MVLV Power Solutions and CPE Switchboards, which specialise in custom switchboard and switchroom manufacturing, and Digital Intelligence, a specialist in high-end control systems, instrumentation and electrical engineering and installation.

In November 2019, Pacific Energy was acquired by alternatives asset manager QIC (formerly known as Queensland Investment Corporation) which offers infrastructure, real estate, private equity, liquid strategies and multi-asset investment services to institutional clients.
