Gordon Hart has over 31 years of experience in investment banking including stockbroking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He is the managing director of Venture Group Equities which specialises in activities associated with the emerging resource and energy sectors including IPOs & other fund raisings, strategic corporate advice, mergers & acquisitions, project and business development. Mr Hart is also a director of Convergent Minerals and sponsor of The Sydney Mining Club.
