MCB Resources

MCB Resources was a Perth-based resources company involved in exploration in Bougainville. The company changed from Kalia to MCB Resources in February 2020, and was delisted from the ASX in February 2021 following a failure to pay listing fees. MCB Resources entered liquidation in October 2022.

Kalia Limited changed its name from GB Energy following the acquisition of 72.29 per cent of Kalia Holdings, which holds contractual rights to explore for minerals and develop mines in the Tinputz district of North Bougainville. GB Energy had previously engaged in the acquisition and exploration of uranium properties in Slovakia.
