Elizabeth Khoo has in excess of 15 years’ finance and capital raising experience in a number of companies including the electricity and utilities, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining View Street Partners, she spent over 8 years with Pacific Energy where she was principally involved in the development of power stations including the identification and evaluation of project opportunities, negotiation of risk allocation and contractual documentation, financing and regulatory compliance management. Her previous experience includes 6 years with N M Rothschild and Sons, based in Singapore, where she was responsible for working with senior team members on the origination and execution of corporate/M&A and project finance transactions, privatisations and restructurings within South East Asia. Ms Khoo is a member of CPA Australia and graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance, and a Bachelor of Applied Economics majoring in Quantitative Economics.
