Elaine Pavlos worked with hundreds of nurse managers over the years and helps them connect to their caring purpose. Many of the managers are expert clinicians and very good practitioners. For more than 2 years, Ms Pavlos has the opportunity to work with this group of nursing professionals from an ontological perspective and find a way of coaching her clients to increase their emotional wellbeing, management skills and resilience.
