Derek Brown

Derek Brown has substantial expertise in EPCM project delivery and development across technical, operational and management functions. With almost 30 years of experience in the mining industry, he brings significant local and international experience with senior management roles in engineering, operations and projects. Mr Brown has worked across coal, iron ore, copper and gold mining for major resources companies such as Anglo American, Xstrata and Rio Tinto. He holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Maintenance Management.
