Dale Calhoun has worked as a senior executive with management teams and boards on strategic HR matters. She has held general management roles in a number of large publicly listed companies across a wide range of industries.

Ms Calhoun established Tower Human Capital, a strategic human resources practice in February 2008 and, in June 2008, licensed Directioneering in WA.

She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
