Bob Jarvis

Bob Jarvis has more than 20 years experience in local government and held a variety of roles with very large and very small local governments. He was the chief executive of the Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands for more than six and a half years, and was director at City of Bayswater prior to becoming chief executive at the Town of Bassendean in January 2009. His qualifications include a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Mr Jarvis is a Fellow of Local Government Managers Australia (LGMA), the peak body for managers in local government across Australia. He was presented with a Meritorious Award in 2014 for his contribution to LGMA and local government.
