Prominent investor and prospector Mark Creasy's Yandal Investments has entered into a subscription agreement with Zuleika Gold worth $3 million. While still subject to shareholder approval, the deal could see Yandal increase its voting power in Zuleika from 19.12 per cent up to 42.53 per cent after Mr Creasy's company purchased 100 million shares in the explorer back in March last year.

Zuleika Gold shares popped more than 16 per cent after the WA Supreme Court found in its favour in litigation the company took against fellow explorer Vango Mining and a subsidiary over a farm-in joint venture at a northern Goldfields tenement. Zuleika declared it had been “wholly successful” and flagged an imminent claim for damages.

West Perth-based explorer Zuleika Gold has appointed Jonathan Lea as Managing Director, aiming to use his combination of geology and corporate experience of 35-plus years to drive the junior explorer's pursuit of opportunities. Lea's career spans gold, iron ore and base metals in open- cut and underground operations in Australia and overseas. Most recently he was Managing Director of Ozz Resources.

Shares in Kalgoorlie gold explorer Zuleika Gold more than doubled in intraday trading after wily WA “prospector” Mark Creasy produced a $3m cheque to back the company's gold exploration efforts near Kalgoorlie. Zuleika shares touched 4.7c after closing at 2c the day before when the market learned that the man with the Midas touch saw something he liked at Zuleika.

Zuleika Gold has consummated a mineral rights acquisition deal with Wingstar Investments that will allow the junior explorer to gain the gold rights of two highly prospective mining leases in the revered Menzies district of Western Australia. The company says the acquisition is consistent with its broader strategic objective of consolidating its landholding at Menzies along the highly prospective greenstone contact and proximal to extensive gold deposits.

Zuleika Gold has continued its high-grade run of drill hits north-west of Kalgoorlie, with exploration at its Credo project notching up a string of eye-catching drill intercepts. Reverse circulation drilling over the Credo gold structure has returned results as high as 7 metres at 5.22 grams per tonne gold including 2m at an impressive 14.92 g/t gold from 89m down-hole.

Western Australia explorer Zuleika Gold has delivered a bevy of high-grade gold intercepts from its recent round of drilling at the Paradigm East discovery, north-west of Kalgoorlie. Deeper reverse circulation drilling has returned 10 metres at 2.53 grams per tonne gold from 51m and 4m at 4.93 g/t which includes an impressive 1m at 18.48 g/t from 72m down-hole.

ASX-listed Zuleika Gold is nearing the halfway mark of a major drilling campaign at projects in the historic mining camps of the Kundana and Menzies goldfields, with results set to start flowing for more than 100 aircore and reverse circulation holes at its flagship Paradigm East project just east of ASX gold major Northern Star Resources' Paradigm mine.

Aircore drilling has produced more spectacular gold assays for Zuleika Gold at its namesake project near Kalgoorlie, including a 2.13 ounces per tonne intercept over 1m at Paradigm East where the company is part way through an aggressive 2021 drilling campaign. Two parallel gold systems have been identified in a 2.5km-long structural corridor off the regionally significant Zuleika Shear Zone.

Zuleika Gold's namesake project in WA's Eastern Goldfields continues to deliver some tantalising results, with aircore drilling across the company's Paradigm East discovery outlining gold mineralisation along more than 1.8 kilometres of strike. Results from the recent drilling program include 12 metres at 3.3 grams per gold, which included 4m at 6.0 g/t gold from 72 down-hole, pointing to the deeper potential of the extensive ore system.

ASX-listed gold hopeful, Zuleika Gold has weathered disruptions due to unseasonal heavy rain and punched out 115 aircore holes for a total drilling coverage of 6,779 metres at the Paradigm East and Browns Dam prospects at its Zuleika gold project in WA. The holes are part of a recently launched 30,000m-plus aircore and RC drilling blitz at the project near Kalgoorlie.

Zuleika Gold has kicked off a 30,000-metre drilling program across its namesake project in the fertile Eastern Goldfields in WA. First cab off the rank for the company is the Paradigm East target where previous drilling has returned a wealth of mineralised intercepts including 27 metres at 2.87 grams per tonne gold from 33m and 7m at 9.8 g/t gold from 42m down-hole.

With more than 20 million ounces of historical gold production, the Zuleika Shear west of Kalgoorlie is tiger country and Dampier Gold would appear to have the tiger by the tail. The company is about to plough 30,000m of targeted air core and RC holes into its gaggle of gold projects around the Goldfields region that are headlined by the Zuleika gold project.

Dampier Gold has backed up previous exploration success at its Credo project, revealing the results of a comprehensive soil sampling program which has delineated a “high-grade”, north-west trending gold corridor cross-cutting the company's tenure and already hosting two high-grade gold resources. The company looks well placed to continue its run of success in the Eastern Goldfields of WA when drilling kicks off again in the coming weeks.

Dampier Gold is set to hit the ground running in 2021 with planning underway for 30,000 metres of drilling across its Eastern Goldfields projects in WA. The aspiring miner has enjoyed a feast of success through 2020 and having recently topped up its coffers to the tune of $6 million, is champing at the bit to get back on the ground and kick up some dust.

Dampier Gold has locked in a $6 million capital raise to fund its ongoing exploration program in WA's Eastern Goldfields. The company's placement was oversubscribed and well supported by both institutional and strategic investors, with the funding ear-marked to expedite exploration across its Zuleika Shear projects, including more than 8,000m of aircore drilling planned for early 2021.

Dampier Gold looks set to launch into a second phase of a geochemical targeting program across its Credo Well joint venture north of Kalgoorlie in the Eastern Goldfields of WA. Drilling and sampling across the priority gold target has already defined more than 86,500 tonnes of potentially open pitable resources grading a very healthy 4.41 grams per tonne gold.

Dampier Gold is zeroing in on a rash of gold targets at Menzies with recent auger drilling uncovering extensive surface anomalism adjacent to the historic mining centre in WA. Wide spaced sampling in the southern tenement area has begun to outline an anomaly that extends over more than 8km of strike and has returned values of up to 70ppb gold.

Dampier Gold Managing Director, Annie Guo, has put her hand in her own pocket in support of the company's ongoing legal dispute with fellow ASX-listed explorer, Vango Mining. Under the terms of an agreement between Ms Guo and Dampier Gold, Ms Guo's private entity Auracle Group will make up to $1 million available to Dampier to pay for its legal costs.
