Andrew Cook joined Western Power in 2012 as legal counsel following an extensive career in the private sector within the areas of corporate, commercial and property practice law. He became Western Power's acting general counsel in January 2020.

Mr Cook holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University.
