Founded in 1859, Watermark was an Australian intellectual property firm with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth and associates around the world.

Watermark was acquired by Xenith IP Group in 2016, becoming part of a stable that includes Griffth Hack, Glasshouse Advisory and Shelston IP.

Watermark was subsumed into the Griffith Hack brand in April 2020.
