Bjorn Russell, who has owned a number of eyewear franchises in Perth, and Nev Botica, who co-owned the Allight equipment hire business, are the brains behind Speqs. It is a mobile application allowing users to virtually try on and buy glasses using only their device.
The company worked with US-business Image Metrics to develop the technology.
